Wry neck

Someone gave me a chick (2 days old) with what looks to be wry neck. Her head lays on her back most of the time. I am giving her Vit E and Selenium and hand feeding her with a syringe as suggested online. It has only been 3 days but it does not look to be getting better. Is there something else I should try? I have never owned a chicken so this is heartbreaking.
