My guess is especially while humidity is higher even tho it’s hydrometer the humidity messes with it but I’ve never had a one I’ve only had some incredibly cheap ones that do the job fine

I candled my 30 from my coop...(day 5 here) and ....they are all developing...
I didn't remove one blood ring or one clear!!!

Guess I should ask how many males are in that pen?
But still......

A client at work got into chickens early this spring. He always talks about them and asks questions when I see him. They made the mistake of buying some retired factory hens but since got some new RSL chicks and has successfully raised them to almost POL.
Anyways they thought about hatching in the future and picked up an incubator. He showed me a picture a few months ago and I mentioned how cool it looked.
He mentioned today it was too big for what they'd ever need and they got a new smaller one from their son. He asked if I would be interested in taking it off his hands..... for nothing...... ah..... you know my answer.
I should be picking it up tomorrow if I'm in town and he's home.
I'll post pics whenever I get it.
