We have lots of guns at my place. Dad keeps saying that he’s going to teach me how to shoot. I know the basics but I’m not good at it. I have a BB gun that I shoot ant beds and the ground with. I have okay aim but I certainly need to learn how to shoot better.
The best advice I can give is to learn to shoot well or don't learn to shoot at all. One must be proficient in firearms. They are too dangerous to just have a passing awareness of them.

That spicey tuna roll was confusing to them at first. Despite the fact that they have seen them before. Things got exciting when Hattie snagged the center of one for herself.

This nest sharing is interesting to me. It must go on in the wild as well, right?
I would think that family units would, say sisters raised in a same nest.

I think wild turkeys will share a nest, and definitely when babies get older you will see 3 or 4 hens with all they youngsters herding together. I think it’s a safety in numbers thing. And also a hood way for babies to stay warm in late summer early fall if they are all roosting together.
