Yep, a real mystery

It's still an ok incubator with its flaws, so far its the only one of my 3 that actually hatches chicks, and I like that I'm able to stack eggs to hatch more chicks at a time. I did end up buying a larger version (55 egg holder) of my first one the other day. I'll give a review after I use it...

So Ive had eggs in my hoovabator for 2 1/2 weeks and the eggs that did develop died early. I can't get it to stay a consistent temp. At one point it'll be 99F, then it'll got down to 95F, then to 97F then to 100F and back around. Sometimes reaching up to 102F.

I definitely like that my plastic incubator is just one plug in.

Can’t believe your chickens at your incubator! I may look into a battery fan on amazon if mine incubator even hatches anything

Thanks for the info. For being in a shed for 15+ years it looks pretty good, little mouse damage here and there. Hopefully it’ll be a good hatcher. I’ll have to steal my plugs from my giant. Mine has a plastic water try under the chicken wire. My giant has foam channels for water. I don’t think...
