I was able to get a picture of this one’s sibling today we got them both same time . One is at my in-laws house but they look almost identical. Now around 5-6 weeks old .That's a lot of comb growth for 3 weeks old. Any update on this?

pretty sure thats a pullet head. The white spot for sex linking... is a spot and its noticable for roosIf the "breed" variety is accurate and they are indeed sex linked.. the white head spot would indicate cockerels.
