    baby chick with leg issues

When she gets older she might be able to get around but in a diffrent fashion then everybody else. Also you might want to try leaving the band aid on 1 or 2 more days, it's worth a try right? I agree with GitaBooks you could try that as well the play pen idea I mean. Hope she/he gets better!:)

When can I start feeding chicks treats like seeds, meal worms, etc.?

I started giving corn, bread and other treats when they were old enough to go outside (when their fully feathered) mostley bread I'm sure you could give corn also when they first go outside;)

    Is this chick developing OK?

P.S. Ours was a pullet not a cockerel, I don't know if yours is a cockerel or not but ours was a pullet and it still did this.

    Is this chick developing OK?

We had a black star (sex-link) that did this, and before too long she had all her feather (mighty pretty too) so I wouldn't worry too much:)

Review by '' on item 'Barred Rock'

We have had a pullet and a cockerel, the pullet was a quiet girl but the rooster was sometimes bossey to the girls, also very heat and cold hardy, overall great breed!
